Suné was educated at Stellenbosch University where she obtained an LLB degree.
She worked at a firm in Cape Town before joining Ramsden Small in 2015.
Suné’s Practice is focused on litigation across the board. She has experience in family law, labour law, criminal law and the administration of deceased estates. Suné frequently appears in the magistrates’ courts and argues opposed applications, civil and criminal trials. She also handles the procurement and enforcement of protection orders, applications for maintenance and for the discharge of maintenance obligations.
Suné is a formidable litigator who is known for her hard and straightforward approach to litigation in all forums in which she appears. She works closely with both directors and is able to handle matters effectively across various areas of law.
Suné is experienced in the formulation and drafting of bespoke divorce settlement agreements and parenting plans as well as in their formalisation and enforcement.
Suné is a member of the National Commission of Women and is involved in various charitable endeavors, which include active involvement in the work conducted by probono.org.za.
