Sean’s practice is centred around high-end civil litigation, contractual disputes, commercial drafting, chairing of enquiries and labour law compliance.
He acts for blue chip clients, high nett-worth individuals, other attorneys and trade unions. An accomplished litigation strategist, he utilises his
extensive knowledge of civil litigation and his diverse experience to tailor-make innovative solutions to unique problems.
He has lectured in Commercial Law, Legal Practice and Family Law at Rhodes University and at Boston College (UNISA); served clinical articles; trained paralegals, law students, and articled clerks; presented seminars; been a guest on radio shows; and written for newspapers and conferences. He sits on the board of a US/SA NGO and a special needs school. He has a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and enjoys traveling abroad to visit museums, galleries and theatres.
